Twisted Love February: School Days

Makoto and Kotonoha go on their first date. Of course, Makoto doesn’t know what the fuck he’s doing:

Looking through girly-magazines at the bookstore…

Letting her stand idlly by at the arcade…

Ordering a ton of cake at the café…

That's the, "This guy's fuckin' up" smile.

Trying to act tough and failing…

Chalk it up to inexperience, but he really should know better.

So, it’s up to Sekai to bridge the gap between the two once again. She gives Makoto movie tickets, for him and Kotonoha to use on the next date, convincing Makoto that “With a great mood in the darkness together… You’ll naturally hold hands, gazing not at the silver screen, but staring at each other… and then… SMOOCH!!!”

This episode, we’re introduced to Setsuna Kiyoura, a friend of Sekai’s, and token flat-chest of the series. She suggests that Sekai should have invited Makoto to the movies herself, and is subsequently blown-off by Sekai.

Later, Kotonoha sits in the bath, wondering if she and Makoto are right for each other. She’s interrupted by her little sister telling her the phone’s ringing (At this moment, we also get a good look at exactly how well-endowed she is). It’s Makoto, asking her to the movies.

Three movies are showing: A zombie movie, a sappy romance, and some movie involving a wolf. Kotonoha’s very obviously interested in the zombie movie. Makoto, again, doesn’t know what the fuck he’s doing and picks the romance movie. It turns out to not be so bad, as Kotonoha starts drawing parallels between the movie and her own relationship with Makoto, and Sekai playing matchmaker.

Makoto still doesn’t know what the fuck he’s doing, however. He comes on too strongly, going in for a kiss, and ends up getting slapped. Makoto apologizes later at dinner and explains that Sekai put him up to it, which prompts Kotonoha to wonder about Makoto’s relationship with Sekai.

The next day, Sekai berates Makoto for trying to move too fast and tells him to make up with Kotonoha. She seems avoidant, but he tells her he’ll wait for her at the train station. She seems serious about avoiding him, but Sekai talks her down and convinces her to work with Makoto. She catches up with him at the train station and…

and then… SMOOCH!!!

Though, they aren’t alone…

A certain ahoge'd voyer watches from the shadows...
